Before registering yourself for a team or a sponsorship please see the notes below.

 

 

• When filling out registration form please select the correct payment option.

 

• If you are registering for a sponsorship that includes a team(s) or registering a 4-Some, you will need to create a login and password. Please remember this as this is what you will use to register and update any details of your registration moving forward.

 

• If you do not know the names of all the players on your team(s) when registering, please put in your unknown players using their player number as their first name and your last name as their last name. For example if your last name is Smith (First name: 2    Last Name: Smith) (First name: 3  Last Name: Smith). All 4 players slots must be filled in.

 

• During the payment option you have the option to pay with your credit card at the time of registration or the option to skip payment. If you skip payment you will not be able to log back in and pay with your credit card and will need to mail your payment to the assigned address on your registration confirmation.

 

• When you complete your Registration you are able to click on the Actions tab and print your receipt.

 

 

If paying an Invoice at a later time with a check please make out the check to Dallas Young Professionals in Energy. Send the check to the below address. If the name on the check is different from that on your registration, please include the name under which you have registered in the memo or check-stub.
